My Story

Pamela Allen has become the “go to resource” that company leaders rely on to increase productivity through their people resources.

She uses unorthodox HR approaches to tackle business challenges, which results in a positive impact to organizational performance.

Pam has served in different capacities during the course of her career, primarily in the manufacturing/supply chain sectors, to include, Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Capital Developer, and Training Leader. She has worked in mid to large size companies as well as international companies.

Combining her “roll your sleeves up” approach, 15 years of manufacturing and human resources experience, practical application, theory, industry best practices, and leadership savvy, it’s no surprise that she has been able to partner with company leaders to change mindsets as well bring results to the bottom line. She does this by partnering with organizational leaders on getting the right people on the bus and building leadership strength through coaching, training, and development. Pam also strives to keep companies within the legal parameters by building and delivering compliance programs and creating and reviewing policies and handbooks.

Pam is a contributor on several boards to include the Southside Virginia YMCA, Crater Hospice Community Board, the Crater Regional Workforce Development Board, and Better People Inc.

She is also a member of Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Leadership Council.

Educationally, she holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and is a candidate for her MBA.
